The 3M™ Scott Safety Compliance Kit has everything you need in one kit. It comes complete with a Sigma 2 Type 2 SCBA set, a Promask LQF positive pressure Full Face mask and a 6.8L, 300 Bar carbon-wrapped cylinder in a large carry bag. Suitable for general industry and for short duration confined space entry work and rescue, petrochemical, oil and gas applications.
Features
The Sigma 2 Type 2 Self Contained Breathing Apparatus has a proven high performance pneumatic system, compact first breath activated demand valve with a bypass and an ergonomically designed lightweight backplate and Type 2 harness.
A low maintenance set with low ‘whole of life’ cost it is certified to AS/NZS 1716:2012 and to MED (Marine Equipment Directive) “Shipswheel”. It also features the KevlarTM blend flame retardant webbing with Kevlar cylinder band and corrosion resistant nickel plated components.
The Promask LQF Full Face mask is a positive pressure mask made from Halo Butyl rubber and accommodates a wide range of facial shapes and sizes. Comprising of a Procomp™ non-irritating material with reflex seal and TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer) oronasal inner mask, the face piece visor features a single plane curvature to minimise reflection. It is made of scratch and impact resistant polycarbonate material with a flame retardant coating that provides excellent panoramic vision. Available with optional prescription lens insert for spectacle wearers, the left sided demand valve connection enables an unobstructed field of vision with the front mounted speech diaphragm offering unimpeded speech transmission.

- The 6.8L 300 Bar Carbon cylinder is a lightweight, high-strength carbon-wrapped cylinder.
- Cylinders are supplied fully charged, unless otherwise requested and are complete with a nickel plated T-Cylinder Valve fitted with a safety locking hand wheel.
- It offers 45 minute nominal breathing air time.

Standards
The Sigma 2 Type 2 Compliance kit is certified to AS/NZS 1716:2012 and Certified to EN137:2006 Type 2 and MED (Shipswheel).
Storage
The Compliance Kit must be stored in a clean dry environment away from direct heat and sunlight. Storage temperatures should not exceed -10°C to +40°C, with relative
humidity (RH) under 75%.

CHOOSING THE CORRECT MASK SIZE
Below is a general guide based on body weight (note that facial measurements are more accurate for ensuring correct fit).
- LARGE - 115kgs to 140kgs
- MEDIUM - 70kgs to 115kgs
- SMALL - 45kgs to 70kgs
We recommend taking exact measurements using the method described below to determine the correct mask size for your facial structure.
- Measure from the centreline of your face at your mouth to at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) past the outside corner of your mouth (you might want to ask a friend to assist you). The outer edge of the mask should sit against your face at 1 to 1.5 inches (2.5 to 3.8 cm) outside the corner of your mouth
- Double the measurement you have taken and match to the best fit from the below:
- LARGE - 5 inches (12.7 cm) 250lbs +
- MEDIUM - 4.5 inches (11.4 cm) 150 to 249
- SMALL - 4 inches (10.2 cm) 100lbs to 145

Ship Large, Heavy or Dangerous Items
We reserve the right to substitute the shipping carrier you have selected at checkout if we have reasonable grounds to believe the carrier will be unable to render the services they have advertised at the agreed price. Should this occur we will provide you with the details of the substitute carrier and a revised quotation from another carrier. You will have the right to accept the revised quotation or to cancel the transaction without penalty.

Signature on Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed to by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation. If no-one is available to recieve the delivery, the courier (TNT, DHL or Australia Post) will leave a card requesting you to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery or collect from their distribution centre.
Additional fees may apply for re-delivery of orders.
We will use reasonable efforts to deliver your item/s to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your order confirmation; however, we are unable to guarantee that the delivery will be made within this time frame.
Upon despatch of your order you will receive a copy of your tracking information from the nominated courier.
In the event of express shipping being requested for an item(s) that is not "in stock", you will be contacted by a customer service representative.
We are able to deliver your items to your home, work or P.O. box address Australia wide, including all property addressed rural and remote areas of our great country. For larger items that need to be sent via courier, a street address is mandatory, and you will be notified during the checkout process.
International cost and other delivery costs
- In most cases, international shipments are delivered in a timely manner. However, it can take several weeks depending on your country's customs regulations.
- For all international orders we are not responsible for customs clearance or any duties or taxes that might be charged.

If a product is on Backorder with an approximate estimate time of arrival, you will be able to add it to cart as a Backorder and proceed to the checkout. Once your purchase has been successful, your order will be in the queue for dispatch when we have received the product in one of our warehouses. The ETA is the approximate date that our supplier has provided us and may change due unforeseen circumstances and if that's the case we will inform you with options. Your order will be shipped according to our Delivery terms and conditions.
