Delivery times vary depending on your location:
• Metro Areas (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth): 1-2 business days
• Adelaide: 2-3 business days
• Regional Areas (QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, WA): 2-3 business days
• Northern Territory: 5-6 business days
• Tasmania: 5-7 business days
These times start from when your order is dispatched. Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery in case of unforeseen delays.
Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. “In-stock” items are shipped within 2-7 business days. Express orders are prioritized.
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email from the courier.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. Just add your items to the cart and enter your delivery address to see the cost.
We may change the shipping carrier if the one you selected is unable to fulfill the delivery. If this happens, we’ll provide you with a new quote, and you can choose to accept it or cancel the order without penalty.
Yes, all orders require a Signature on Delivery for extra security. If no one is available, your parcel will be taken to a nearby Post Office for collection.
Yes, you can request Authority to Leave (ATL), but we are not responsible for any missing, lost, or damaged parcels left unattended.
Yes! For in-stock items under 5kg, express orders are picked, packed, and shipped within 12-24 hours on business days.
Yes, we ship worldwide using Australia Post, TNT, DHL, and FedEx. Please note that customs clearance, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. International shipping times depend on your country’s customs process.
