PROGRAMMING THE EPIC 3 RI vOICE AMPThe RI VOICE AMP communications assembly is designed for use with a SCOTT Full Face-piece equipped with voicemitters and a compatible SCOTT AUDIO ACCESSORY BRACKET.
The AUDIO ACCESSORY BRACKETS are available as either OPEN or CLOSED front depending on the approved face-piece being used.
In addition, the RI VOICE AMP may be powered by approved batteries that are either Alkaline or Rechargeable NiMH.
For proper performance, the RI VOICE AMP must be programmed for the type of ACCESSORY BRACKET and Batteries being used.
Each RI VOICE AMP is pre-programmed at the factory for use with Alkaline batteries and either an oPen accessory bracket or CloSed accessory bracket configuration.
RI VOICE AMPS programmed for open brackets will emit 4 tones upon startup and amps programmed for closed bracket will emit 5 tones.
