The Scott Safety airline filter regulator connects to the airline hose and air source. Designed to be installed directly at the point of use.
Breathing air filters combine two types of filtration into one housing.
Liquid aerosols and solid particulates are removed using a pleated filter and oil vapours removed by an activated carbon filter.
Each breathing filter ensures low pressure losses for 2 man or 4 man capacity.
Supply can be taken from most sources of compressed air, either directly from the compressor or from the ring main.
[NOTE: These purifiers will NOT remove Carbon Monoxide (CO) or Carbon Dioxide (CO2) or other toxic gases or fumes.]
Grade AA-high efficiency coalescing filter for the removal of oil/water aerosols and dirt particulate down to 0.01 micron, giving a maximum remaining oil content of 0.01mg/m3.
Grade AC-absorption bed of activated carbon for removal of oil vapours and odours. The downstream air after this stage now has a maximum remaining oil content of 0.003mg/m3@ 21°C.
