The Hand rail holders are designed for installing into FRESH or existing concrete, they are designed to hold handrail. Used by Utility companys and general industry, they are generally installed around pits, manholes or any area that the public may access.
However the insert caps can be removed quickly, so that a maintenance team can install a temporary hand rail system, for fall prevention or edge protection for the maintenance crew and genral public.
