xSwivel Eye Bolt Points are accordingly to AS2317 for the swivel component.Used as a swiveling load ring able to swivel 360° with a pivot of 90°. Made from G100 alloy steel with Orange painted finish, manufactured with an elongated ring in metric thread sizes 8mm to 20mm.
• Marked with work load limit in tonne, nominal size in millimetre, quality mark and supplier identification. • Designed by forged alloy steel, quenched and tempered. • 360° rotation with 90° pivot function. • Rated at 100% at 90° angle. • 100% magnaflux crack detection. • Proof tested in 2 stages.
- 1.25 x working load limit with ball bearing included.
- Removal of ball bearing that is subject to damages, then 2x working load limit is applied.
• Test certificate available upon request.
