xThe Devisys anti-slip device has been developed at the safety technology laboratory of VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland. The structure of the anti-slip Heelstop is based on research data. The research results of VTT showed that the most common reason for slipping was the slip of a heel when stepping on a snowy or icy surface. For this reason, the Devisys Anti-Slip Heelstop was designed to cover the whole heel.
The material of the body of the Devisys anti-slip Heelstop is a TR rubber mixture that provides a good grip while remaining frost-resistant. Strategically placed and dimensioned on the outsole are durable, hard metal studs - similar to those used on winter ice-tyres. A 3M reflector placed in the rear provides additional safety for dark / low-visibility winter conditions.
Devisys anti-slip Heelstops are easy to attach to the heel of the shoe/boot using a leather Velcro strap. Devisys anti-slip Heelstops fit practically any type of footwear - from work shoes and winter boots to sneakers and rubber boots. There are five different sizes available: S, M, L, XL and XXL.

SMALL
The smallest size in the Devisys product family has been designed in particular for women’s winter footwear with a narrow heel. Suitable also for use in children’s footwear.
Shoe sizes 32-36 EUR. (4-4.5 AUS/UK).
MEDIUM
Suitable for use with women’s winter footwear. Size M is the most popular product range for women.
Shoe sizes 37-39 EUR. (6 AUS/UK)
LARGE
Designed for footwear with a wide heel. Suitable for men’s winter footwear and for women’s footwear with a wider heel.
Shoe sizes 40-44 EUR. (6.5-10 AUS/UK)
X-LARGE
Designed for footwear with a very wide heel, such as work boots, rubber boots and hiking boots.
Shoe sizes 45-50 EUR. (10.5-14 AUS/UK)
XX-LARGE
Designed for bulkier winter footwear. Suitable for use with e.g. safety boots.
