Application Restrictions
1. The Weld-On Plate is designed for use with the DuraHoist Portable Fall-Arrest System Anchor Post only.2. Ratings, capacities and design factor may vary with system components and configurations.3. The mounting surface must be 15 degrees or less from horizontal for DH-AP-1 and plate must be installed so that the portable fall-arrest mast can be leveled for use.. 4. Welding procedure must be approved by qualified personnel to be compatible with any and all structural and operational characteristics of the selected installation location..5. Rectractable devices and shock absorbers must have a maximum arrest force (M.A.F.) rating of 900 lbs (4KN.) or less, and must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.6. Each installation must be approved to local standards by a qualified engineer.
