Technicians can now increase the range of anchors that can be tested with a single unit. The M35+ has been engineered as a dual load capacity tester allowing tests up-to 35kN straight out of the supplied rucksack. This can be increased up-to a 65kN load capacity when fitted with the included medium bridge from the kit.
Key Features:
- Included medium bridge expands capacity of M35+ to 65kN and increases footprint to 210mm wide.
- Complete pull testing procedures in line with BS 8539, BS 7883:2019, BS EN 795:2012, BS 8610, NASC Guidance Note TG4:19 and AEFAC-TN05.
- Advanced-Data Logging with Hydrajaws Verify Pro App - Equipped with state-of-the-art data logging capabilities, the M35+ allows for real-time monitoring and tracking of pull testing results via the Hydrajaws Verify App
- Bluetooth - dual-scale rechargeable digital gauge gives an accurate and clear display of the readings.
- Hydrajaws gauge calibration certificate (valid for 12 months).
- Apply loads by hand up-to 10kN via the operator's hand-wheel. Using the supplied ratchet the hand-wheel can be removed and loads above 10kN can be applied.
Included in the M35+ Dual Kit:
- M35+ load cell fitted to the 35kN (7,868lbf) standard bridge
- Medium 65kN (14,613lbf) load spreading bridge. Overall footprint 334 x 178mm. Increases clearance to 210mm.
- Digital Bluetooth Rechargeable Gauge
- Drop rod hand-wheel
- Operator's hand-wheel
- Height adjustable legs with swivel feet, and leg brace
- Bolt test adaptor - fits to the primary 24mm clevis fork via the captive clevis pin. Receives both slotted button and threaded button adaptors
- 8 slotted button adaptors: 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 8.5, 10.5, 13, 16.5 and 20.5mm
- 6 threaded button adaptors: M6, M8, M10, M12, M16 and M20
- Primary 24mm clevis fork (65kN SWL) and drop rod with anti-rotation device. Accepts both bolt test adaptor and mini-clevis
- 20mm mini-clevis adaptor with 35kN SWL
- Rucksack with foam filler

*Reduction in required effort compared to its counterpart, the Hydrajaws M2050. While the M2050 demands 68Nm at 50kN, the M35+ achieves comparable results with nearly a quarter of the torqueing effort with a maximum torque of 9.8Nm at 35kN and 18.8Nm at 65kN.
